Your data, explained

Privacy. In plain words.

What this website needs to work, what happens to your project brief, and how to exercise your rights.

Updated:

This policy covers the new DigiDraft Studio website. Before its production launch, we will complete the information about the selected hosting provider, email providers and log retention. Our server statistics are currently disabled.

When you contact us

DigiDraft is a brand operated within the organisation identified above. Patryk Malinowski handles project enquiries. For questions about your data, email biuro@digidraft.pl or write to the controller’s postal address.

If you email or call, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the contents of the conversation. Providing data is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.

We handle requests about working together to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We handle other correspondence and contact with business representatives based on our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising campaign.

The brief prepares a message

The project brief works locally in your browser. You select a topic, describe your goal and optionally provide your name. “Prepare message” creates a summary. It does not transmit data to DigiDraft, a CRM or an analytics service, or save it for your next visit.

“Open email app” passes the prepared text to your email application. You decide whether to send it. “Copy message” writes the text to your device’s clipboard after you click; you can replace it with other content afterwards. Your email app and clipboard may have their own synchronisation settings. This website cannot confirm sending or delivery.

Theme and accessibility settings

We do not install analytics or advertising cookies. When you change the theme or accessibility settings, we remember your preferences in your browser’s localStorage. They only restore the appearance and features you selected. They do not identify you in our statistics and are not sent to our server.

Preferences remain until overwritten or until you clear the website’s data in your browser. The accessibility panel can restore defaults; the theme has its own switch. If storage is blocked, settings still work on the current page. Remembering requested preferences supports the function you selected (Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

Statistics without visitor profiles

This version does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recordings, click maps or a script reporting your behaviour. We do not create visitor identifiers or device fingerprints.

Our prepared statistics module is disabled by default. If separately activated, it can count ordinary server responses for pages: UTC date, public page path, HTTP status and response count. It stores no IP addresses, browser headers, referrers, URL parameters or brief content. A page response is neither a person nor a received enquiry. Default aggregate retention is 30 days. Activation requires an update to this policy and a hosting configuration review.

Website connections and providers

Delivering a page requires a network connection, during which the server technically receives information such as an IP address and request details. This does not mean those details are saved in our statistics database. Our module keeps no raw access log. Separate hosting or reverse proxy logs require their own defined scope and retention.

Authorised people and email, hosting or technical support providers may access correspondence as needed to deliver their services. Competent authorities may receive information where required by law. This website is not connected to a CRM or automated lead handling. Providers and any transfers outside the EEA will be verified before production launch; this preview makes no unverified claims about processing locations.

How long information is needed

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and discuss arrangements. If we enter a contract, relevant data may be needed for its performance, mandatory document retention and applicable legal claim periods. We do not automatically assign the same multi-year period to every message.

Data needed solely for a completed enquiry should be deleted when its purpose ends. The brief does not keep a separate copy of your enquiry. You can ask which purpose and retention period apply to specific correspondence.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies to data processed automatically based on consent or a contract. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email requests to biuro@digidraft.pl. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office or your competent EU supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects on you or profile visitors.

External links and policy changes

Website fonts and images are served locally. You choose whether to follow social media, map or other external links; their players and tracking widgets are not embedded here. The destination service’s privacy rules apply after you leave.

Changes to features, providers or measurement will be reflected in this policy and its update date. A new tool requiring consent will not run before that consent is obtained.

Questions and answers

Does the website save my brief for a later visit?

No. The brief prepares a message locally and does not save it for later visits. Copied text may remain in your device’s clipboard; once opened in an email app, it is subject to that app’s settings.

What does the website remember when I change its appearance?

Your chosen theme and accessibility preferences are saved in your browser’s localStorage so those settings can be restored. You can remove them by clearing the website’s data in your browser.

Where should I send a question about my data?

Email biuro@digidraft.pl. The controller named in this policy is Fundacja Centrum Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości ReworkBiz. Its address and the description of data processing are in the document above.
